If the buyer deliberately doesn’t pick up the package at the access point, how does eBay handle it? I’ll explain better;Purchase made, paid to eBay, shipped, delivered to the access point with proof of delivery from the country where the buyer lives, because at the first delivery attempt the buyer was not present,if this guy still doesn’t show up on purpose after being reminded, what should I expect?
