A seller canceled a sale after I sent payment via PayPal (linked to my checking account).He issued the refund (€244!) and then put the item back up for sale at a higher price...I received the email from eBay saying it would take 3/5 business days to receive the refund.Almost two weeks have gone by and I still haven't gotten my money back...How long do they take??Is all this normal??
