I spent two hours correctly filling out all the forms with the customs codes for a shipment to Great Britain, printing the forms, the signed free export declaration, the invoice... all according to the rules, properly applied and placed in a sealed envelope on the package. The service ordered on spedizioni.ebay.it through Packlink with UPS courier returns the parcel to me after about 2 weeks (no, the sender and the recipient were not swapped). The buyer, meanwhile, was understandably quite alarmed. I insistently ask for the reason, given that the document seal is intact and my parcel never got far from the local branch. I never receive an answer... in the end I get a partial refund, I think out of exhaustion given the number of requests using every possible form I had available.In the end I am even told that I did not provide a response in time: tickets I opened immediately after receiving the return were closed without answering my request for a reason, the phone is silent, the email inbox empty of support replies. I never received any requests during the last 3 days in which the shipment could reasonably be assumed to have been on its way back. Needless to say, the partial refund and UPS's poor service are now irrelevant to me, but the mockery I suffered from spedizioni.ebay.it Packlink is not. This is a consequence of it, a drop in the ocean, but one that will keep beating away in an inexorable drip.
