This damn customer received my item (Citizen watch) late because of the crappy English customs and maybe also because of UPS Courier, since it was meant to be a gift, the customer had to buy another identical watch and initially opened a dispute with Ebay to protect himself (rejected right away).. then he thought it best to open a second dispute for item not as described or defective.. and WITHOUT documenting ANYTHING those Ebay bastards ruled in his favor, without proof, refunding the scammer and even leaving the watch in his hands..I lost the watch, I lost the cost of the initial shipping.. a real scam, without proof, against the seller.. and as always you can't write to anyone in the system, except in the few spaces of the dispute I had opened..Has this scam happened to anyone? is there a way out of similar traps against the seller only?Thanks
