Good evening, I’m having difficulties with a seller who, after I reported receiving merchandise different from what I had ordered, yesterday offered to resolve it by refunding half the amount. I was fine with that, and since they’re wall sconces, today, with an electrician at home doing the work, I had them installed. A little while ago, however, I read a message from the seller taking back what was said and stating that they are willing to accept a return...If I had known they were willing to accept a return, I would have sent them back, but since they misled me with their words, I consider the behavior unfair. What procedure should I follow now to file a complaint, because it’s clear that I can’t remove the sconces from the wall to return them. Thanks
