Hello everyone, I bought an item from a Chinese seller and as soon as I made the payment I asked the seller not to send it to my home address but to send it to a pickup point or locker, the seller told me that I should do it myself by changing the details on the courier's website, I already knew that this was not possible and I insisted that he set up a different delivery address, he pretended to take charge of my delivery but did nothing, the courier came while I was away and did not deliver it, nor did he leave any notice of attempted delivery in the mailbox, the Chinese tracking site doesn't give me any information about the Italian courier, I don't have an order number or even the waybill, the customer service of Poste Italiane told me that without the Italian courier's details nothing can be tracked down.Since I've already had enough of this I'd like a refund for an item I never received, eBay tells me to wait until November 14, which makes no sense, the delivery attempts have already happened and there won't be another delivery, any advice?
