hi, so the seller sent me an item, and on the tracking it says delivered on 17/12 at 12:54, but he didn’t ring the bell or even call like other couriers usually do. The fact is that I live in a courtyard with 30 families and, as is their habit, the package was left outside the gate to the courtyard, where there is a constant flow of people. When I got back, or when my wife went down to do a couple of errands around 15:00, there was no package. According to the tracking it was delivered, but not to me, and nobody picked it up. Those packages I trust to leave because I’m always at home. How can I contact eBay, given that the seller, although not at fault, is in fact the one who hasn’t received the item, which wasn’t cheap. And I don’t want to lose it.
