I’d like to understand if, when buying an item from England with eBay’s International Shipping Program, the listing shows me the "shipping cost" for example 16 gbp plus "Estimated amount" 19 gbp Confirmed at checkout" do I also have to pay VAT when the package arrives in Italy, in addition to these charges? Or do I just pay 16+19 and that’s fine, with no other surprises?thanks everyone
