I bought a shipment on eBay, and despite excellent packaging, the glass lid surrounded by polystyrene arrived broken. Even though there was an arrow pointing up on the box to indicate not to turn it upside down. Instead, the package was either turned upside down and crushed or thrown during handling... nobody answers. Packlink, which eBay uses, has rules according to which it is responsible for nothing. Terrible experience
