I wanted to bring this unpleasant situation to attention so that no one else has the same problem I had with an overseas seller.I opened a dispute for item not received and on the delivery day the courier never showed up, and the tracking says the recipient was absent, which is clearly not true because there is always someone at home; no notice or call was left and nothing was held in storage, so much so that the next day it turned out the package was already on its way to Milan at the international exchange center to be sent back to the sender. Yes, the seller had the brilliant idea of having the package sent back in case a problem came up. In fact, by pure chance the package went back in less than a day and without the courier delivering it to me. Why do you think? I thought the seller did it deliberately on purpose so he could get the package back and the money too, since he knew from the start that ebay would close my dispute WITHOUT A REFUND.. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT RIGHT!! ebay told me I’m not covered by the guarantee because, according to them, there was an attempted delivery and now no one knows whether the package was actually delivered even though the tracking says "sent to sender". As a result, according to ebay the problem was mine because I wasn’t home, and even though I specified and made it clear that the courier had never come by and that I could never have picked up the package from storage because the very next day it was already on its way back to the sender, they still wanted to close the appeal I filed against this decision as well. We all know, and at least once in life it has happened, waiting for a package and seeing "recipient absent" on the tracking even though you were home. At this point I decide to send the seller a message politely asking them to refund me of their own free will as soon as they received the package back as a sign of common sense. Of course they never replied, so I had to contact paypal, which guaranteed me a refund for item not received. I also left negative feedback for the seller, which magically disappeared. Considering that out of the thousands of feedback ratings they have, they are all positive and none are negative, and since negative feedback disappears, well, draw your own conclusions. I can’t explain the fact that my feedback was censored unfairly. A negative experience that will definitely give you a bad reputation as well as cost you a customer. I did not feel protected at all in this situation, with the doors slammed in the face of a buyer in order to defend a seller tooth and nail. If it hadn’t been for paypal, I would have lost my money without receiving the item.Goodbye.
