Hello, I bought some electronic components and had them delivered, instead of to my home as usual, to a staffed pickup point (shipping agencies and other places not far from my house). The shipment arrived at the agency, but when I went there I noticed that the envelope (with the eBay logo) did not bear the recipient's name at all, only the sender's. I opened the little envelope, in front of the clerk, because I also noticed a shape different from the one I was expecting. Upon opening it, in fact, I found a different item. I left the envelope at the agency and immediately contacted the seller, who confirmed that it was not his shipment. I waited a few days without physically picking up the envelope, hoping the problems might sort themselves out, but nothing happened. On eBay's system, the item appears to have been picked up correctly because the agency staff, at the time, correctly confirmed receipt of that code, and the seller offered nothing else except saying it was not his problem, even though he was aware of the inconvenience I am experiencing. The problem is not the sender's but the couriers', who must have made a mess of things. It was about paying less than €10 for that item I wanted (and which I had to buy again from the same seller just a moment ago). The contents of the envelope, some car stickers, probably cost even less. What should I do?
