Accepted purchase offer for an ad that doesn't match the truth

Good morning. I made a purchase offer for a lot of 23 books. The seller accepted it and then told me that there were only 12 books because he had already sold the others.I haven't paid yet but I would like to cancel the order. How can I do that? Ebay tells me that by now I can no longer cancel itThank you

Ask the seller to cancel the order.They have every interest in doing so, since with the lot reduced like that it would no longer be compliant and you would return it at their expense. byemario
