pickup code not received
I have two orders that show as delivered to the pickup point, but I still haven’t received from eBay the code to show at the pickup point. How can I fix this?

OP3 years agoI think that as long as the pickup point doesn't scan the barcode on the package, the recipient doesn't receive the pickup code. I went in person to the pickup point and I think that's how I understood it.
Anyway, with an ID document I was able to pick up the two packages anyway
