Pickup point closed due to cessation of business, package already shipped.
Hi everyone,
I made a purchase and selected the pickup point that was most convenient for me. After a few days, the package still doesn’t arrive, so I ask the seller for the shipping code. I track the package and, it seems that the pickup point is actually closed. I go right away to check and it really doesn’t exist!
So
1 what was that pickup point doing on the map? because I’m sure others selected it too
2 how do I get the delivery point changed?
