I purchased a smartphone Samsung TFSAS166VCPWP Galaxy A16 5G 6.7'' 8GB RAM 128GB Storage 2.4 GHz Sold by: vipoutlet, who is an American seller. The phone appears to be locked (perhaps by the American carrier Tracfone). I can't manage to unlock it to use an Italian carrier. I sent an email to the seller but they didn't even reply. Has anyone had the same problem and how did they solve it?
Or is there anyone who knows how to do it?
