Ciao a tutti circa una settimana fa' ho acquistato un oggetto dal Regno Unito  Item number:321057086270
come io ho scelto come spedizione Royal Mail International Signed-for e ho pagato invece lui mi dice che non è stato pagato quindi ha inviato con Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets) e già qua è stato scorretto ma poco fa mi arriva un email con scritto ( Hi

Non so molto l' inglese ho capito solo che il pacco è stato perso e che adesso il prodotto è fuori stock ma se vedo nel suo negozio ne ha ancora 3 disponibili e in piu io avevo pagato per la spedizione tracciabile..
Io adesso che devo fare?
