Confermare mail per acquisto

Salve premetto che è il mio primo acquisto su ebay, e sto provando ad acquistare il season pass di call of duty. Ordino il tutto ma ricevo questa mail :

"To prevent fraud, an additional check of your purchase is required. To this effect, your key will only be sent once your purchase has been validated. I have been unable to send your key yet as your ebay and paypal name and addresses do not match, for security purposes can you please send me a message to verify your name and address.

Also whether it is for the PS3 or PS4?

Once this is completed I will email you the key ASAP 🙂

Cosa mi chiede in effetti? perché dice che se non riesco a farlo dovrà annullare l'ordine
