Inability to pay

I bought an item, but the page chekout I was not allowed to proceed to the payment for a notice telling me that the seller had to be contacted by me to request an invoice of the total amount inclusive of shipping. I followed the indication but the seller did not tell me the total amount. At the same time I received several notices to proceed with the payment, which as I said I could not do it in the pages of chekout again appeared the notice said. Finally I was notified of the opening of proceedings, for an unpaid item notice and again to pay penalty of cancellation of the transaction, the name of my account with an unpaid item and possibly the suspension of your account. If I try to execute the payment reflected the same problem. Somebody help me get out of this impasse which I find very irritating.
