I have given a negative comment for Libreria pacifico alassio (ilmurettolibri) . It was by a mistake. Now I want to correct it. 

How I can make it. Please advise.

My real intention was to give negative for e-bay itself.

Did you wanted to release a negative feedback to Ebay itself? What does it mean? You can not release feedback comments to Ebay. By doing this you made only  a damage to the seller.

In order to remedy this kind of mistake, you must ask the seller to send you a feedback change form (he is the only one who can send it to you) and consequently you'll be able to change the comment from negative to a positive one.

For the future, never release negative feedbacks so easily. They are comments that could damage a seller in a very hard way and must be used only for very serious facts.
