LA receipt of the goods was to take place between January 2, 2014 and January 9, 2014 .
I requested to email the seller name of the courier and the tracking code but I have not received anything .
Only after releasing negative feedback and complaint on paypal the seller and deigned to answer me.
Seller incorrect as I on 9 January, I opened and asked for clarification on the 10th and he responds to another user and then January 11 tell me that week and out of the office .

Lack of clarity as to say that the object is located in Birmimgham the UK , while in the state of seller says China.

Given the lack of clarity and seriousness ' , and today January 14, 2014 I have not yet been delivered the goods , I ask for the return of 46,90 EUR for seriousness and I can ' fix my negative feedback and close the complaint on paypal.

Ho eseguito il pagamento tramite paypal con questo numero di transazione : 4X557318BH169210A LA ricezione della merce doveva avvenire tra il 02 gennaio 2014 ed il 09 gennaio 2014. Ho richiesto per email al venditore nome del corriere e codice di tracciamento ma non ho ricevuto nulla. Solo dopo aver rilasciato feedback negativo e reclamo su paypal il venditore si e degnato di rispondermi. Venditore scorretto in quanto io il giorno 9 gennaio ho aperto e richiesto chiarimenti e lui il giorno 10 risponde ad un altro utente e poi il giorno 11 gennaio mi dice che il week and non è in ufficio.

Poca chiarezza in quanto dice che l'oggetto si trova a Birmimgham regno Unito, mentre nello stato del venditore dice Cina.

Visto la poca chiarezza e serieta', e oggi 14 gennaio 2014 non mi è ancora stato consegnato la merce, chiedo la restituzione dei 46,90 euro ed io posso per serieta' mia correggere il feedback negativo e chiudere il reclamo su paypal. Ringrazio Ebay e paypal per questo supporto fantastico e mi scuso per il disaggio che si sta creando anche da parte mia.
