how can i email ebay directly with a problem

A seller is listed as being located in London England and that they ship worldwide.  I purchased and item and they say they do not ship to Italy.  I have an image capture of their shipping screen that says the item does ship to Italy.  When I searched for information to continue contacting them, it says they are based in Hong Kong.   How can they say they are in London and come up in a search for European Union sellers, when they are in Hong Kong? I tried for over an hour to find a way to inquire about this directly with Ebay but they are really hard to contact !  Can you help me?

I did not attach the capture of the listing in order to protect the privacy of this member, but I would like to send it directly to Ebay for their consideration.
