Mail fasulla ?

Buongiorno a tutto il forum.

Allego per conoscenza, una mail che mi è arrivata e che mi lascia molti dubbi per i seguenti motivi:

1) non mi è arrivata sulla mail registrata in e.Bay.

2) non mi compare sulle mail inviate/ricevute da e.Bay nel mio account.

3) ad oggi non ho i requisiti per essere considetare " Silver Power Seller "

4) non compare il mio nome nella mail, dove solutamente e.Bay indica oltre al nome anche l'ID. 

5) devo essere io ad iscrivermi al programma " Silver Power Seller " entro 24 ore, quando, penso, e.Bay ti passa automaticamente al livello superiore quando hai raggiunto i requisiti necessari. 

Un grazie a chi mi potrà essere di aiuto, anche se immagino già al 99,99% le risposte.
