My friend got scammed and need help to get his money back, he bought something yesterday (a digital account for a videogame) with a fee of .01€ and right after the purchase was completed the buyer immediately put the order on "package sent" and blocked him. He can't ask for a refund yet and he gas to wait at least 2 days to start doing stuff. What to do?
