Oggetto pagabile solo con bonifico che venditore dice essersi danneggiato dopo pagamento che fare?

Salve a tutti,

ho acquistato su Ebay un oggetto all'asta che ammetteva solo il pagamento tramite bonifico bancario. Dopo il pagamento (e il regolare invio al venditore della conferma di accredito sul suo c/c) il venditore mi invia un messaggio in cui dice che l'oggetto gli è caduto a terra e che mi rimborserà. Gli invio il mio IBAN ma non mi rimborsa. che fare?

Hello everyone, I bought an item at Ebay auction that only allowed payment by bank transfer. After the payment (sending to the seller confirmation of the transfer on his account) the seller sends me a message saying that the item dropped on pavementg and that he will refund me. I send him my IBAN but he doesn't refund me. What to do?

Salut à tous, Avec Ebay j'ai acheté un article qui permettait uniquement le paiement par virement bancaire. Après le paiement (et l'envoi régulier au vendeur de la confirmation de crédit à sa banque) le vendeur m'envoie un message me disant que l'article est tombé au sol et qu'il me remboursera. Je lui envoie mon IBAN mais il ne me rembourse pas. Que puis-je faire?
