I ordered boots that have not arrived. The postal service claims to have tried delivery, then it went to a post office, I went to the post office twice and they said the parcel isn't there, then I opened a dispute, ebay told me to give my address again to the postal service, which I did, now they claim it has been delivered. It hasn't. Ebay is taking the word of the postal service over me (who spends thousands of pounds on ebay). They are refusing to communicate with me about it, seller and ebay, just closing the case as it shows as delivered. They cannot show me evidence of delivery. I've lost 60 quid and I am being cornered into accepting it. What can I do to get my money back? It seems clear to me that the postal service worker stole it or it was lost and they just said it was delivered.
