Can I ask for a partial refund?
If I go to "i got an item not accurate to the description" the "ask a refund" button doesn't work, and it times out, with all browsers.
is it an ebay problem?
I already left positive feedback, but then I found that the item was broken, is it because I already left a positive feedback?
