Good morning i bought a Lord Elgin watch early december and i am in contact to the seller that give me a shipment number without telling me which is the carrier
He sent the watch through us post and the watch arrived in Italy and in February they said that it was redirected and since then nothing
What should i do?
I would like to receive the watch but in case i cannot i would like to be reimbursed
