If I accept an offer for an object I am selling, are the delivery costs included in the offer or they can consider separately. Let say I am selling a book for 30.00 + 2.00 of delivery, and the buyer offers me 20.00, will the buyer be vincolated to pay 20.00 or 22.00 (i.e. including delivery costs)?
