Salve, in riferimento all'ordine originale fatto il 28 novembre 2020 relativo alle sneakers NK AIR FORCE 1'07 Low  LV8 di colore bianco avente misura 38 e 39.

Al riguardo, mi sono state consegnate due paia di sneakers uguali di misura o 38, ovvero, non conformi all'ordine originale.

Preciso, di avere attivato subito alla procedura di restituzione, ma, il venditore mi ha risposto di tenere le scarpe e che mi avrebbe rimborsato il costo.

Ma alla data odierna, il venditore non ha rimborsato ne il costo e rifiutato la restituzione  delle scarpe. 

Quindi, chiedo a EBAY di intervenire e di risolvere la questione in sospeso.

Diversamente, mi cancellerò da EBAY, e consiglierò anche altri utenti a farlo di e non acquistare più su EBAY.

Resto in attesa di risolvere bonariamente la vicenda.

In this regard, I have been given two pairs of sneakers of the same size or 38, that is, not conforming to the original order.


Precisely, that I immediately activated the return procedure, but the seller replied to keep the shoes and that he would refund the cost.


But as of today, the seller has not refunded the cost and refused to return the shoes.


So, I ask EBAY to intervene and resolve the pending issue.
