So, I bought a camera, very good deal, so I decided to grab it. Paid on PayPal with my credit card and a couple of hours later I've received an email saying that my item had been shipped and delivered. Seller contacted me short after, saying that DHL gave him a wrong tracking number and that he was gonna give me the right one in 24 hours. That didn't happen so I tried to contact him but I couldn't, because he no longer was a registered member on eBay. Tried to ask him about the tracking number via email (got it from PayPal receipt), he never answered so the day after I warned him that if he didn't contact me in the next few hours I would have asked for a refund. He did not answer to email either. I've waited another day also because it was the earliest day that I could have received the item should it hadn't been a scam.
At this point I don't want to wait any longer for the refund, what can I do?
