I have sold an object to a French customer. I provided the tracking number which said that the product was delivered but never picked up by the final client.
He claims the goods never arrived and openeed a cliam.
I have replied withe the tracking number.
The problem is that while Ebay Italy says that I have won and that I will not have to reimbourse the customer, Ebay France says the opposite. How is that possible?
