Hello community, I have a problem with an item I bought on 15th November. The item never arrived. I was supposed to receive it at last on 7th December, so a few days later I contacted the vendors and they told me I should receive a new item in the following days. One week later they texted me again to tell me there were no more items available and that they would refund me (date 15th December. ) Today 31st December I have not received any refund. I contacted the vendor once again but still I would like to find a way to contact eBay or PayPal and receive my money asap since I don't trust the vendor anymore.
Any recommendations?
