Because PayPal has no money,
Orders paid before the change management
Is opened to return,
Now paypal has no money to refund the buyer,
So I contacted eBay customer service to authorize a refund return number: 5186191501,
I have confirmed with eBay customer service before refunding that my authorization to refund will not be counted in bad transaction records.
But I just checked out the seller Weekly,
The return has been included in the bad transaction,
Please help me revoke this bad transaction record,
