Buongiorno,

chiedo aiuto per ottenere un rimborso per un acquisto concluso recentemente e per cui ritengo di essere stato raggirato.Il venditore non ha risposto a nessun mio messaggio e data la scarsa reputazione che vanta ho il sospetto che sia un truffatore.

allego la trascrizione della chat nella quale ho ricevuto alcuni consigli su come agire.

in realtà tra le opzioni che potevo scegliere non erano presenti quelle indicatemi dal vostro esperto ed ho iniziato una procedura di restituzione che forse non avrei dovuto far partire.

l'oggetto non l'ho mai ricevuto (temo non lo riceverò mai). 

chiedo ad Ebay di intervenire per forzare la cancellazione della transazione ed il rimborso del prezzo pagato.
