Enable International shipping After item Is sold (auction)

Hi all, an item of mine was awarded to an International buyer but in the initial settings for the item to sell i did not enable International shipping. How can i enable the buyer to pay for the item now? He can't conclude the Payment as the system recognizes that shipping address would be International. Thanks!
