Vendere in Europa diventa ogni anno sempre più difficile. Con l'aggiunta continua di nuove normative, sembra che non ci sia mai pace. Sembra quasi che ci sia un piano ben definito dai potenti per portare alla chiusura dei negozi delle piccole imprese, permettendo solo ai più forti e potenti di regnare online.
Mi spiegate come sia possibile reperire tutte le informazioni richieste dalle nuove normative se si vendono anche prodotti vintage o di seconda mano? Che fine faranno i venditori privati? Io, come piccola impresa, probabilmente dovrò chiudere il mio negozio su eBay e sono sicuro che molti altri si trovano nella mia stessa situazione. Non so se questa sarà una perdita significativa per il "capo" eBay, ma sicuramente avrà qualche percentuale in meno nei suoi profitti.
In tutto questo, potenze come eBay si fanno sentire nei parlamenti europei? Spero di sì, ma io sono davvero stanco. Non riesco più a concentrarmi sul mio negozio se devo continuamente pensare a come districarmi tra tutte queste nuove leggi e normative. Capisco che la tutela del consumatore è importante, sono anche io un consumatore, ed è giusto.
Al giorno d'oggi, i consumatori hanno il potere di restituire un oggetto se non è di loro gradimento, spesso senza spendere un centesimo. Se questa non è tutela del consumatore al 100%, allora non so cosa lo sia. Pace e bene a tutti. 😘

I understand that consumer protection is a priority, and as a consumer myself, I agree it's important.
