The seller accepted my counter-offer of GBP 160 for the lot "ISRAEL 1969-2006 U/M MINT STAMPS COLLECTION IN 5 SAFE ALBUMS - SEE 185 PHOTOS" on January 3, 2026, at 3:21 PM. However, the 5 albums with Israeli stamps are not among my purchases. Can you explain why?
