Hello i bought a product and it cames different from the photo on the ebay

Hello, i bought a product and it comes different from the photo on eBay.

In the photo says it is Made in Germany and the product that came is Made in China... I opened a return but the seller wants me to pay the posting fee and it costs 25euro to send back the item to him.... please help
