I am contacting you regarding an issue with a return request for order number 27-14438-69428 (buyer username: cape2lon).
The buyer opened a return request, and I approved it. The buyer has already returned the item, and it has been successfully delivered to my address. However, there seems to be a glitch in the system — the return process on eBay has not updated. It still does not show that the return has started, and the return label scan is not appearing.
Because of this issue, when I try to process the refund manually, I receive a message asking me to add a payment method, even though my payment method is already added to my account.
I kindly request you to thoroughly check this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I want to avoid any inconvenience for my customer, as this may negatively affect their experience.
