Ho il numero del mio acquisto ma non posso fare il reso perché l'acquisto è sparito.
La società che mi ha venduto il prodotto accetta il reso, ma mi ascrive che va fatto in ebay, ma in ebay l'acquisto non c'è. Cosa faccio?
