Refund sent to deactivated card

Hello, ebay sent me refund that I got to the deactivated card, and there is no option to contact them and send the new card, what should I do?

Il rimborso va sempre sulla carta da cui è partito il pagamento, ebay non può fare nulla per te.

Devi rivolgerti a chi gestisce le tue carte per far trasferire i fondi dalla vecchia carta alla nuova.
