Hello everybody, I have recently sent back a defective item (within the 30-day return period) through my local post office.
There were complications with the carrier, and thus I couldn't ship using the provided ebay return label, and got another one instead. The parcel is now on its way, though without tracking, and I didn't get a shipment number. On top of that, the shipping deadline is tomorrow, and there will be no automatic updates on the shipment. Is there anything I can do before contacting support?
