An object which still has not been delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought something on eBay on 11th April 2022 but I have not yet received it. The scheduled delivery was 20 April and there is no progress on the shipment status and it is still on ''Dispatched'' stage. There is a shipment code but no more information. I would appreciate it if you let me know what is going on.  Thanks.

Aspetta ancora qualche giorno (non troppi) e, se non è ancora arrivato, chiedi l'aiuto di ebay.

Hi,

Many thanks for your answer. I asked. EBay customer service to intervene, and after few days the seller just sent me an apologize for the inconvenience with the shipment and no more information on what to do!! I prefer to request for a refund but not sure how much it will be effective. If you have a better solution, would be greatly appreciated to share.

In the same form, you can ask for eBay's intervention.

At first you give the seller three days to give you an answer (what he did) and, after the fourth day, you can ask for ebay's intervention.
