Hello everyone, I want to share my experience with the Chinese seller  to warn you to be careful. I purchased a Samsung S20 FE 5G which arrived with several problems: Non-original and refurbished screen • American software, despite being declared as European

• Non-original frame

• Faulty charger

• Screen that freezes, shows scan lines and changes color from green to purple. Also, cell phones with American software are banned in Italy. The strange thing is that in the package there was a European label.

Despite numerous calls to eBay support, I did not receive adequate support. I opened a dispute and was told that if the seller did not resolve the issue within three days, eBay would refund me without the need for a return because the seller had to provide me with a label or advance the shipping costs. However, the dispute was suspended for 5 days and then closed in my favor, but with the obligation to return within 7 days. Since I did not have a PayPal account, the seller could not advance the shipping costs.

After many calls, eBay insisted that I open a PayPal account.

I tried to reach an agreement with the seller for a partial refund of 80%, but due to problems with his account, he could not send the refund to the purchase method I used postpay standard.

In the end, he only sent me 32.76 euros of the 35 requested for the return, but the warehouse in Italy was closed and I had to ship to Germany or China.

Ebay tells me the correct address is in China.

At the post office they informed me of the customs complications and the responsibilities against me if not true and I had to attach the invoice. The seller sent me an invoice as a new phone, but I can not take responsibility for sending an international package for return to China with an untrue invoice.

So eBay closed the dispute in favor of the seller without the possibility of a refund.

I hope my experience can help others avoid similar problems. If you have had similar experiences or advice, please share. Thanks for your attention.

Solo tu ad acquistare un telefono "importante" in Cina... già dalla partenza avresti dovuto sapere che era un telefono senza garanzia...

Ma purtroppo, visto il prezzo, tanti ancora ci cascano...

Buona giornata.
