Castiadas not available as city on Ebay it

Castiadas is not available and errors out when I try to put my address in so that I can order on ebay Italy. it won't let me add the address due to the city name.

I have Castiadas as city, south sardinia province and zip code as 09040

comunque è strano, perché a me lo ha fatto tranquillamente inserire.
