Failed to ship my order

good day, please I placed and order on a phone since last week,  and since that that I have been trying to reach the seller to know when his going to ship the order I didn’t receive any response from the seller I need my refund back please since the seller is not responding to messages and he has not ship the order since last week

Puoi ottenere il rimborso quando la data di presunta consegna sarà terminata aprendo segnalazione:

Se invece spedisce ed il venditore non accetta resi, dovrai tenertelo, oppure restituirlo a tue spese.
