Ho ricevuto un oggetto mal funzionante ma il venditore non mi risponde

Ho fatto un acquisto, risultato difettoso nel momento in cui ho provato a usarlo, ho contattato il venditore ma il venditore non mi ha mai risposto.

Ebay ha le sue procedure, seguile scrupolosamente.
