I need help and I want to warn others about a scam that is STILL ongoing.

Order number: 06-14431-5271106-14431-52711

I have been scammed by a seller who provided a fake tracking number (Jcex scam – already widely reported online)

I spent a large amount of money and I honestly cannot afford to lose it. I am extremely worried and frustrated.

This seller is clearly running a repeated scam using multiple accounts:

  • Same product photos (Matterport MC300 Pro3)

  • Same listing patterns

  • Same behavior

Accounts involved:
[Removed by moderator]

I have contacted eBay support MANY times:

  • Multiple chats

  • Phone call requests

  • Reports submitted

Each time, agents told me they would escalate the case and report the seller.

BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

I was even told that eBay “does not find anything unusual” in the seller’s activity, which is honestly shocking considering the amount of evidence.

Meanwhile, the scammer is still active and continues to scam other buyers.

I was also told to wait until April 7–12 to open an “Item Not Received” case, even though:

  • The tracking number is fake

  • The seller is not responding

  • This is a known scam method

So basically I have to wait while the scammer keeps operating.

I did everything possible:

  • Reported the seller

  • Contacted support repeatedly

  • Provided all evidence and linked accounts

And still no action has been taken.

This is extremely stressful and makes me feel completely unprotected as a buyer.

 

 Please be careful and avoid these sellers.

And to eBay:
PLEASE investigate this immediately, stop these accounts, and help me get my money back.

Non so se cancellano i tuoi post, mi sembrava di averti già risposto.

 

Non ci sono evidenze del fatto che ci sia una palese truffa, potrebbe essere un semplice errore di digitazione del codice oppure potrebbe trattarsi di un corriere non facilmente identificabile dai motori di ricerca.

 

Se l'arrivo dell'oggetto è previsto per il 7-12 aprile, dovrai attendere il 13 e, se non hai ancora ricevuto nulla, potrai chiedere il rimborso... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/ottieni-aiuto-per-un-ogget...

 

Visto che parli di un oggetto costoso (presumo di valore superiore a 150 euro), preparati a pagare al corriere (tra dazi, iva e commissioni) un 28-30% del suo valore.
