Seller not responding

Hello good day. Can i ask some help. This is my first time. I ordered scooter on ebay i used it after 2 weeks the scooter has speed mulfunction. I contact the seller but the seller dont have any actions to repair the defective scooter.what should i do? The return item is closed?

You made a lot of mistakes closing both the  return procedures. Now you can’t ask help neither to eBay nor to PayPal.
