So, I've bought this limited edition item from this seller and I've encounted some issues:
1. The seller didn't reply to any of my messages till it was to late
2. The item (which should have been shipped in 10 days) got his shipping label made after two weeks
3. The tracking service never updated the status which was of "waiting for the package to be given to us"
4. The seller said there was an issue with my package
5. I asked for an opinion and they immidiatelly gave me a refund without the possibility of conversating (they did reply but with something similiar to "Sorry, here's the refund anyway")
6. Now they are planning to resell it at a higher price and sent me a message about it
As far as I know you can't give a refund because you changed your mind on selling an object. Is this allowed? Am I able to do anything about it (not forcing them to sell it to me at the same price but like reporting them or something)? Is there a way I can get more infos about the refund?
PS: I never asked for a refund in the first place but kept on telling them I would give them more time if needed

Se ebay lo permette, vuol dire che si può fare... e se vuoi ancora quell'oggetto dovrai ricomprarlo al nuovo prezzo proposto.
Ovviamente non puoi obbligare nessuno a fare quello che vuoi tu...
